House Supervisor RN - Per Diem On-Call Variable

Manage the general operation of the hospital during hours when nursing unit managers, department managers, and administration are absent. Provide leadership for daily nursing unit operations by role modeling professional practice and effective management skills. Lead and develop staff while providing input to help achieve unit goals. Requires an Oregon Registered Nurse License, one year of Charge Nurse or leadership experience, and National Provider BLS certification. This per diem, variable shift position offers base pay ranging from $56.25 to $88.81 with additional compensation available for shift differentials, standby, and overtime.
