Job Summary
House Supervisor RN Night position at AdventHealth in Orlando. Provides leadership and direction for nursing personnel, responds to Code Blue and clinical emergencies, manages patient movement and bed assignments, serves as liaison for hospital leadership during off-shifts and significant events, and collaborates with departments to ensure effective staffing, equipment, and supplies. Requires RN licensure, Associate's degree in Nursing (Bachelor's and Master's preferred), and leadership experience. Shift is Nights (3/12s) with weekend/holiday rotation; pay range $33.99-$63.22/hour. Benefits from day one, leadership and organizational duties, and participation in a faith-based healing mission.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's of Nursing [Required]
- RN Licensure [Required]
- Basic Life Support - CPR [Required]
- 2+ years leadership experience as an assistant nurse manager and/or nurse manager or equivalent (i.e. charge nurse, chair nursing practice council, cn3, cn4) [Preferred but indicates leadership expectation]
- 2+ years staff nurse experience [Required]
