Job Summary
The House Supervisor (RN) is responsible for providing direct clinical care while demonstrating leadership and collaboration with hospital staff. Key duties include emergency response, resolving clinical and ethical concerns, and maintaining confidentiality. Candidates must possess a current RN license in Michigan, five years of relevant clinical experience, and current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NRP, with PALS certification being encouraged. Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan
- Five years recent, relevant clinical experience
- At least one year in critical care/ED preferred
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certification
- Ability to manage and prioritize several job tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- PALS certification encouraged
