Job Summary
Manage resources during your assigned shift while creating a healthy work atmosphere that promotes team and individual growth. Constantly monitor the workplace to ensure company policies and procedures are maintained, serving as a clinical resource to staff and patients/families. Work cooperatively as an ancillary interdisciplinary team member to identify and solve patient-specific and facility-wide needs while improving operations. This Full-time Dayshift role at Select Specialty Hospital Birmingham offers 12-hour shifts with a salary range of $91,200 to $113,500.
Required Qualifications
- Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License
- BLS
- ACLS
