House Supervisor / RN Admin

Facilitate communication and problem resolution among hospital staff, medical staff, and regulatory agencies while rounding through departments to coordinate human resources for hospital functioning and patient care. Enforce organizational policies consistent with administrative guidelines and consultation obtained from the administrator on call. Serve as an on-site administrative representative in a 128-bed acute-care community hospital featuring a new emergency department, state-of-the-art maternity center, and ICU. Requires two years of leadership experience, two years in the assigned service area, and active RN licensure with BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
