House Supervisor / RN Admin

Facilitate communication and problem resolution among hospital staff, medical staff, and regulatory agencies while routinely rounding through departments to coordinate human resources for hospital functioning and patient care. Enforce organizational policies consistent with administrative guidelines and consultation obtained from the administrator on call. Serve as an on-site administrative representative at Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center, a 128-bed acute-care community hospital. This variable shift, part-time role requires an RN with two years of leadership experience and minimum two years in the assigned service area.
