Facilitate communication and problem resolution among hospital staff, medical staff, and regulatory agencies by routinely rounding through departments to coordinate human resources for hospital functioning and patient care. Enforce organizational policies consistent with administrative guidelines and consultation obtained from the administrator on call. This on-site administrative representative role supports the 128-bed community hospital at Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center, which includes a new emergency department, state-of-the-art maternity center, and ICU.
