Facilitate communication and problem resolution among hospital staff, medical staff, and regulatory agencies by routinely rounding through departments to coordinate human resources for hospital functioning and patient care. Enforce organizational policies consistent with administrative guidelines based on consultation from the administrator on call. Serve as an on-site administrative representative supporting the 128-bed acute-care community hospital's operations.
