House Supervisor / RN Admin

Facilitate communication and problem resolution among hospital staff, medical staff, and regulatory agencies while routinely rounding through departments to coordinate human resources for hospital functioning and patient care. Enforce organizational policies consistent with administrative guidelines based on consultation obtained from the administrator on call. This variable shift, part-time role at Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center requires an RN with two years of leadership experience and experience within the assigned service area.
