Oversee hospital operations during assigned shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, by managing staffing, coordinating patient flow, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Act as the administrative point of contact for staff, patients, and families, responding to emergencies, crises, and critical care issues while serving as the incident commander in disaster situations. Supervise nursing staff, conduct hospital rounds, validate the midnight census, and facilitate communication between physicians, administration, and interdisciplinary teams. Provide administrative decision-making support in the absence of managers, manage departmental budgets, and implement performance improvement initiatives. Requires an RN license with 1-2 years of experience and BLS/ACLS certification; full-time or part-time schedule with competitive benefits.
