House Supervisor (PT- 0.6 FTE, Variable Shift)

Job Summary
The House Supervisor provides leadership and integration of healthcare services while supervising the safety and quality of care. Responsibilities include managing patient flow, overseeing staffing and patient care delivery, serving as incident commander during disasters, and acting as a liaison among staff, patients, and external parties. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing and RN licensure are required, along with multiple certifications and five years of acute care nursing experience. Preferred experience includes supervisory roles and critical care or emergency settings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Current Montana Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification within six (6) months of hire
- Five (5) years acute care nursing experience
- Two (2) hours of verifiable trauma-related education annually
- Six (6) hours stroke training annually (NIHSS will count for three (3) hours)
Desired Qualifications
- Previous supervisory/management experience
- Critical care or emergency department experience
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
