House Supervisor - PRN Nights

Conduct patient care delivery to promote safety and well-being while demonstrating sound financial use of medical supplies. Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to ensure quality care across all patient care phases. Facilitate shift organization and management to achieve optimal resource utilization. Manage conflict through effective communication and resolution. Build customer loyalty among physicians, employees, and the community. Maintain flexibility with work scheduling and perform any other tasks as deemed necessary. Requires ASN degree, BSN preferred, and current NM State Registered Nursing License.
