House Supervisor / Infection Control Nurse (RN)

Provide clinical supervision and guidance to nursing and direct-care staff while supporting daily staffing, patient care coordination, and facility operations. Respond to clinical concerns and assist with emergencies as needed. Develop, implement, and monitor infection prevention and control practices by tracking infections, identifying trends, and maintaining required documentation. Conduct infection-control audits, staff education, and competency training to ensure compliance with applicable state, federal, and accreditation standards. Collaborate with nursing leadership and other departments to improve patient safety and quality of care. This dual-role position requires an experienced RN with leadership experience and strong clinical judgment to lead calmly in a fast-paced environment.
