Job Summary
House Supervisor: oversee day-to-day operations at multiple sites, supervise Direct Support Professionals, manage budgeting and petty cash, maintain client and site records, develop therapeutic, person-centered relationships, coordinate transportation to medical appointments, and support daily routines and safety for individuals with disabilities. Requires leadership experience, de-escalation skills, comfort with independent decision making, and commitment to service values. Flexible hours with community travel and on-call rotations; company vehicle provided after 90 days.
Required Qualifications
- Be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Three years of experience delivering services to persons with disabilities
- Six months of service in a DSPIII position or six months of supervisory experience
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Have access to an insured vehicle
- Clean driving record
- Pass a DHS background study
- Exhibit basic computer skills
