House Supervisor

Oversees the Ticket Ushers in the Entertainment Centre, supervising staff, interviewing and hiring, training, assigning positions, conducting performance appraisals, and implementing performance documentation. Coaches and motivates the Entertainment team, handles escalated patron inquiries, seating, and wheelchair accommodations, leads emergency response actions and policy implementation for Front of House. Produces communications and reports, maintains employee files, tracks costs, and ensures Health and Safety/compliance with policies. Requires strong communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, WHMIS training, and the ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds.
