Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of patient care departments, ensuring efficient workflow, policy adherence, and high-quality support services. Supervise staff, coordinate activities, address emerging issues, and maintain a safe, supportive environment. Work 36 hours per week in the nights shift at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus, MO. Requires a Missouri-licensed Registered Nurse with three to five years of hospital experience and BLS/ACLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of accredited nursing program
- Currently licensed in the State of Missouri as a Registered Nurse
- Three to five years hospital nursing experience
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
