Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of patient care departments by supervising staff, coordinating activities, and addressing issues to ensure efficient workflow and policy adherence. Maintain a safe and supportive environment while delivering high-quality support services that contribute to excellent patient care. Requires current Missouri RN licensure, three to five years of hospital nursing experience, and BLS/ACLS certification. Work 36 hours per week in a nights rotation at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus, MO. Required Qualifications
