Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of patient care departments, ensuring efficient workflow, policy adherence, and high-quality support services. Supervise staff, coordinate activities, address issues as they arise, and maintain a safe, supportive environment. Requires completion of an accredited nursing program, current Missouri RN licensure, and 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience. Includes BLS and ACLS certification prior to orientation. Role is full-time, 36 hours per week, nights shift at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus, MO.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of accredited nursing program
- Currently licensed in the State of Missouri as a Registered Nurse
- Three to five years hospital nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS prior to completing orientation
- 36 hours per week
