Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of patient care departments, ensuring efficient workflow, policy adherence, and high-quality support services. Supervise staff, coordinate activities, address issues as they arise, and maintain a safe, supportive environment. Requires completion of an accredited nursing program, current Missouri RN licensure, and 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience, including BLS and ACLS certification. Role involves 36-hour weekly night shift at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus, MO.
Required Qualifications
