Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of patient care departments, ensuring efficient workflow, policy adherence, and high-quality support services. Supervise staff, coordinate activities, address emerging issues, and maintain a safe, supportive environment. Requires completion of an accredited nursing program, Missouri RN licensure, and three to five years of hospital nursing experience. Includes 36 hours per week in a night shift at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus, MO.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of accredited nursing program
- Currently licensed in the State of Missouri as a Registered Nurse
- Three to five years hospital nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS prior to completing orientation
