House Supervisor, Columbia County, PT Days

Lead hospital-wide operations by supervising department supervisors, coordinating incident command, and managing surge plans during emergency response. Direct admissions, EMS flow, and discharge processes to optimize patient throughput while maintaining effective staffing through budgetary analysis. Serve as the primary safety officer and change agent, implementing Lean Six Sigma principles to mitigate risks and uphold regulatory standards. Conduct coaching sessions, resolve interpersonal conflicts, and facilitate communication across physicians, staff, and families to ensure safe, quality care delivery. This role requires a Bachelor's, Master's, or RN license with BLS certification. Full-time day shift in Columbia County, Georgia.
