House Supervisor - Behavioral Health

Lead on-site during the day shift for a behavioral health unit, overseeing patient care and nursing operations. Respond to high-risk or complex patient needs, manage staffing, scheduling, and resources, and coach/train nursing staff. Ensure accurate documentation and policy compliance, and act as the on-site leader for clinical and administrative needs. Requires an RN license in Tennessee and BLS certification; psychiatric/mental health nursing experience is preferred, with BSN preferred but not required.
