Job Summary
Provide advanced cardiac ICU care as part of the CICU team for nocturnal-only shifts, including management of ACS, cardiogenic shock, arrhythmias, and advanced heart failure; perform and document H&P, order/interpret diagnostic studies, and execute ICU procedures (central venous catheter placement, arterial line placement) as credentialed; participate in multidisciplinary care planning, collaborate with cardiology fellows, residents, nurses, and ancillary staff; support quality improvement, education, and research activities; provide patient/family education and discharge planning; faculty appointment at Mount Sinai Health System commensurate with credentials and experience; compensation listed at $84,000 annually.
