Job Summary
Maintain cleanliness of guest areas, elevators, and assigned spaces by removing trash and linens, cleaning public restrooms, and restocking supplies. Deliver guest amenities, towels, and linens to rooms while responding to Front Desk and Food & Beverage requests for in-room dining. Handle "Lost and Found" items, manage dirty linen carts, and complete pending laundry assignments. Report maintenance issues to supervisors and ensure overall guest satisfaction. Adhere to safety protocols, participate in required trainings, and maintain communication across Housekeeping, Front Office, and F&B departments.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a resort or a related field preferred
- Flexible and long hours sometimes required, including nights, weekends or holidays
- Heavy work - Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 50 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects
- Must be able to stand during entire shift
- Required to stand, walk, climb stairs; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, and bend (fold, organize, scrub, etc.)
- May have exposure to chemicals
