Job Summary
Maintain all public areas including lobbies, halls, pool, steam rooms, saunas, and exercise rooms by dusting, vacuuming, and buffing floors. Scrub toilets, showers, sinks, and mirrors, then empty trash and clean up spills. Deliver rollaway beds, dishes, cribs, and other guest-requested items while performing deep cleaning projects. Sort dirty linen and occasionally clean rooms as needed. Shifts vary between early morning, late evening, weekends, and holidays depending on business levels.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- 0-6 months of job-specific work experience with demonstrated competence
- Basic competency in reading, writing, speaking, simple arithmetic and interpersonal relations
- Ability to drive any Snowbird vehicle
- Valid driving record (check required)
- Reliable
- Mature
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated
- Ability to keep busy during slow times
- Ability to exercise judgment within policy guidelines and without supervisory approval
- Problem solving skills
- Initiation of activities within job description and responsibility limitations
- Strong understanding of other Snowbird operations
- Ability to stay overnight, if necessary, on occasional times of road closures
- Ability to lift 75 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to bend, kneel, handle, reach, grasp and perform repetitive motions
- Ability to push or pull couches, move tables and chairs, and move rugs
- Ability to interact at any time with guests and other employees in a pleasant manner
- Ability to maintain good working relationships with others and all departments at Snowbird
- Professional appearance
- Compliance with drug & alcohol policies

- Completion of a background check
