Job Summary
Maintain and sanitize public areas including the lobby, restrooms, gift shop, pool, and hallways by performing daily cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal. Escort guests to rooms, manage luggage, deliver supplies, and transport guests to airports or other destinations using the company vehicle. Stock linen closets with amenities, empty soiled carts, polish mirrors and room numbers, and report maintenance repairs immediately. Greet guests warmly, provide directions, and respond to guest requests while adhering to food safety, sanitation, and security standards. Maintain hotel reader boards and stock the gift shop as applicable. Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays with regular attendance.
Required Qualifications
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evening, weekends and holidays
- Reliable and consistent attendance
- Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand and arm movements frequently
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds occasionally and often exert up to 20 pounds of force to push, pull, carry, lift or otherwise move objects
- Must be able to bend, squat, crawl, kneel, push, pull, and walk on uneven surfaces on an occasional basis
- Must be able to walk outside in a variety of weather conditions (rain, wind, snow, heat)
- Must be able to climb stairs both inside and outside and frequently lift 20 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
