House Parents (two-person, married couple) needed to live on-campus at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, providing supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of students in a structured home setting. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role begins with a nine-on, three-off cycle across multiple homes and transitions to a placed houseparent role with the same student group. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
