House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, on-campus houseparent role at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in student homes to provide care, mentorship, and supervision for 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and support multiple homes on a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule with eventual transition to a fixed home. Requirements include being legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, and experience working or volunteering with youth. This is a full-time flex position that is located on-campus in Hershey, PA, with a pathway to a placed houseparent role.
