House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus in Hershey, PA, living in student homes to supervise 8–13 students and support their academic, emotional, and social development. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role starts with a nine-on, three-off schedule and progresses to a Placed Houseparent living-and-working arrangement with the same group of students.
