House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple will serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on the Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA. They reside in on-campus student homes and supervise a group of approximately 8–13 students, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support to foster academic, emotional, and social development. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role follows an initial nine consecutive days on duty with three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students.
