House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, married-couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes to supervise a group of approximately 8–13 students, providing care, guidance, supervision, and development-focused activities. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning/developing activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Work pattern begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students in their own home.
