House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Milton Hershey School seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on the Hershey, PA campus. The role involves residing in on-campus student homes and providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of about 813 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The position starts with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students.
