Job Summary
Two-person, Full-time Flex Houseparent couples reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School to supervise and mentor a group of 8–13 students, provide daily care, administer medications, manage household routines and student schedules, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Chapel attendance, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition to a placed houseparent role with a nine-days-on/three-days-off cycle. Requires married couples age 27+ with a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to relocate to Hershey, PA with relocation assistance. - Experience working or volunteering with youth
