Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus in student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Initially, each spouse works nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential placement into a dedicated houseparent role. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, ability to lift 50 lbs, and being legally married for at least two years with both spouses aged 27 or older. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided; benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement, PTO, and more.
