House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, married-couple Houseparents needed to live on campus at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA to supervise 8–13 students in their home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a single student home. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) with total compensation for a couple around $168,000, relocation assistance, comprehensive health/retirement benefits, paid time off, and paid training. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; proselytizing prohibited.
