Job Summary
Two-person married couple will serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents at an on-campus student home, supervising 8–13 students and providing care, guidance, supervision, and support to promote students’ academic, emotional, and social development. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, conducting daily devotions and coordinating Chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role begins with a nine-on, three-off schedule and can transition into a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students in their home. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a legally married two-person partnership with both spouses age 27 or older.
Required Qualifications

- Two-spouse role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- On-campus housing and full-time schedule
- Relocation to Hershey, PA (educational institution on-campus)
