House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role on a college-like campus housing 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications and ensuring wellness, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from nine days on / three off to a stable placement in a single student home. Requires living on-campus in a partner-couple arrangement, with relocation support provided. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage, retirement savings, paid time off, and training. Must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, and possess a high school diploma or GED. A valid U.S. driver’s license and the ability to drive student vans are required; candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
