Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparent roles at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students, coordinating daily routines, administering medications, driving and planning activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, with a nine-on/two-off cycle transitioning to a placed houseparent living with the same student group in their home. The position includes relocation assistance, paid training, and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Two spouses must complete individual employment applications
- Couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses age 27 or older
