Job Summary
Two-person married couple role at Milton Hershey School serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus in Hershey, PA. They reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, mentorship, supervision, and support for a group of about 8–13 students, including daily supervision, routines management, medication administration, driving students to activities, and planning/developing developmental and recreational activities. They lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and follow a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule transitioning to a Placed Houseparent with the same student-home team. The role includes relocation to a fully supported position with benefits, and requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and experience with youth; both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and age 27 or older. Paid relocation, comprehensive benefits, and paid time off are provided.
