Job Summary
Two-person married couple serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, residing on campus to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, with a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule and eventual placement as the same student-home Houseparent.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
Additional Requirements
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
