Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent team lives on campus in on-site student homes, supervising 8–13 students and providing care, guidance, supervision, and support. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine consecutive days on duty with three days off to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. The role requires driving, supervising and engaging with students in a family-like environment, and maintaining a safe, drug- and alcohol-free campus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years married (two-person role)
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading devotions and Judeo-Christian Chapel services
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- No smoking or alcohol on duty on campus
- Commitment to a secure, weapon-free campus
- Ability to relocate to Hershey, PA and reside on campus as part of the role

- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent)
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
