Job Summary
Flex Houseparents, a two-person, full-time on-campus role at Milton Hershey School, reside in student homes to provide daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance for 8–13 students; duties include managing routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and reporting on household operations. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a consistent student-home assignment. Compensation is approximately $46,917 per person (about $180,000 total per couple with benefits and housing), and relocation assistance plus paid training are provided. Requires a legally married couple age 27+ who are committed to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus, with appropriate driver’s license credentials and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. High school diploma or GED is required; prior experience with youth is preferred.
Required Qualifications

- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
