Job Summary
Two-person, Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 813 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications and ensuring wellness, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with future placement in a single student home. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Two-year married relationship (for both spouses)
