Job Summary
Two-person married couple sought as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, medication administration, transportation of students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine consecutive days on duty with three days off to a Placed Houseparent role in the same student home. Requires employment as a two-person team, HS diploma or GED, valid US driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and compliance with a smoke-free and weapon-free campus (no alcohol on duty). Relocation assistance provided and paid training offered. Salary is $44,768 per person (approximately $168,000 total per couple) plus comprehensive benefits. Required Qualifications
