Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initially, a nine-days-on, three-days-off duty cycle is followed before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with a consistent student-home assignment. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and being part of a legally married couple for at least two years with both spouses aged 27 or older; position emphasizes on-campus living, youth interaction, and mentorship in a faith-aligned school environment.
