House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, married-couple opportunity as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for groups of approximately 8–13 students, including daily supervision, routines, medication administration, transportation to activities, developmentally oriented programming, and religious devotions with Sunday Chapel. Initially, nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Benefits include relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive health benefits, and paid time off. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student home vans, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and being legally married for at least two years with both spouses aged 27 or older.
