House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Milton Hershey School seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus in Hershey, PA. The role involves supervising and mentoring a group of about 813 students in on-campus homes, managing household routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from a Flex Houseparent (nine days on, three off) to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group. The position includes relocation to the campus, comprehensive benefits, and paid training. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty; both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and be at least 27 years old.
