House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Milton Hershey School is hiring full-time Flex Houseparents for married couples to reside in on-campus student homes, supervising and mentoring groups of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, medication administration, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role living with the same student group. The role operates on a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule during the initial phase, with potential placement into a single home later.
