Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple, on-campus Live-in role managing a student home of ~8–13 youths. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and household reporting. Initially nine days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same student group. Offered salary of $44,768 per person (≈$168,000 per couple total) plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to drive student vans, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and at least 27 years old. Required Qualifications
