House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple needed to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School (relocation required to Hershey, PA). The role involves living in on-campus student homes, supervising 8–13 students, providing care, mentorship, and guidance, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students.
